At INSPOCCO, we want your experience to feel effortless from the moment you place your order to the moment your piece arrives. Our policies are designed to offer clarity, confidence, and exceptional service.
Complimentary Shipping
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders ship via 2-day insured shipping. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link (if tracking is available). Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- If you receive multiple packages, tracking details will be provided for each.
- While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, service interruptions, or carrier issues.
Signature Required for Delivery
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Complimentary Returns
We hope you are pleased with your order. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policies below.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit.
- Returns must be shipped using the complimentary prepaid return label provided by INSPOCCO.
- Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- Items marked as Final Sale or customized items are not eligible for return.
Holiday Extended Returns
For all purchases made in December, returns are accepted through January 15.
How To Start a Return
To return eligible merchandise, please contact us at clientservices@inspocco.com and we will provide a complimentary prepaid return label.
- We do not accept in-person returns.
- Until INSPOCCO signs for the package, it remains your responsibility.
Refunds and Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued within 1-2 business days. We aim to complete return processing within 7-10 days of receipt.
Shipping Damage or Order Errors
If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund at our expense.
To arrange a return for a damaged product:
- Contact us at clientservices@inspocco.com or call us at (310) 400-6105 Monday - Friday between 10 AM - 5 PM PST (excluding holidays).
- We will provide a complimentary prepaid return label requiring a signature upon delivery.
Customers who choose their own third-party shipping service are responsible for any additional costs, duties, or taxes. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages handled by third-party carriers.
Order Placement
Communications Related to Your Order
Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. We recommend adding clientservices@inspocco.com to your contacts to prevent emails from being marked as spam.
Charges & Payment Authorization
We authorize and charge your credit card for the total amount (including tax and shipping, if applicable) when the order is placed. If you need assistance with placing an order, please contact us at clientservices@inspocco.com .
